Against the M.B.T.A., my firm obtained the largest jury verdict in an Eminent Domain Case in the history of Plymouth County - $5,175,000?

 

And On November 17, 2009, my firm obtained the largest eminent domain verdict in the history of Bristol County - $5,260,000.00 was awarded by a Fall River jury to plaintiff landowner whose property was taken by the City of Taunton. 

 

And, on September 17, 2004, we obtained another verdict against the M.B.T.A. in Plymouth County and obtained $820,000 for the landowner - more than three times what the M.B.T.A. was willing to pay.

   

And, I had previously obtained the largest percentage increase in an Eminent Domain judgment in the history of Middlesex County ($4,000,000 against the City of Melrose for client that was only originally paid $14,000) and the largest jury verdict in an Eminent Domain case in the history of Essex County ($2,650,000)...
