I am currently Faculty Coordinator of the Real Estate program at Northereaster University. I teach Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Appraising and lecture to attorneys on the subject of eminent domain involving the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. I have done demonstrations and mock trial involving eminent domain cases for the International Society of Real Estate Appraisers in many locations including Boston and Montreal, Canada. I published The Fundamentals of Real Estate text book which has been used in colleges throughout the Greater Boston area. I have authored chapters of the Eminent Domain Handbook for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education used by virtually every practitioner who handles eminent domain cases.
