In a case against the MBTA involving commerical property on Market Street, Lynn, Ma. I was able to obtain a jury award of $2,6500,000, nearly double the amount originally paid by the MBTA. As a result of the jury verdict, with intrest included, my clients recovered a total of $2,145,00 in new money.
